The
Women's Program invites
women to participate in a learning
community that allows them to work at their own pace, address barriers
to learning, and identify their personal learning styles.
GED
Preparation is one of the most important components of the womens'
program. It includes self-paced GED preparation classes which are
held 4 hours a day for 4 days a week during fall, winter and summer.

Employability
skills Classes teach women skills they need to be successful on the job and
to balance personal and work responsibilities. Classes are held on Fridays from 10am to 2pm.
Training Opportunities are
provided periodically to GED students in the areas of computer literacy, money management, self-development
and specialized job training. Presentations in a variety of topics are provided throughout the year.
All
efforts are designed to support women as they identify and work
toward their goals.
